1. The main body of the DRAKE brand NEW MODEL BMT-90 degree power tool holder is made of forged steel and processed in one piece. 

The processing is also done by a five-axis machine tool at one time, ensuring the accuracy of the relevant geometric tolerances. 

The thermal expansion coefficient of the steel is the same as that of the bearing steel, and the bearing clearance will not be too large or too small due to cold or heat, 

ensuring the stability and service life of the bearing operation. Because it always maintains the consistency of the bearing clearance, 

it ensures that the power tool holder does not vibrate when used in a cold machine and does not lock when used in a hot machine, making the tool life longer.



2.The new model front and rear spindles of this structure use NSK tapered roller bearings in combination, 

which has greater load-bearing capacity and stronger cutting, greatly improving the processing efficiency, tool life and surface finish.


3.The gear adopts Greenson spiral bevel gear, which has low noise and high transmission efficiency. 

The material is 20CrInTi with a core hardness of HRC35-40, and the surface hardness of the carbon-treated surface is above HRC60.

 The Tang tooth precision reaches above level 5 and has high wear resistance.


4.The bearing grease uses SKP special bearing grease, which is maintenance-free for life. 

The gear grease uses the Japanese YAMATB brand FG-505 long-life gear high-temperature grease, which has good resistance to high temperature and bad media, 

excellent oxidation stability, prevents high-temperature deterioration, excellent mechanical stability and suitable adhesion, and avoids grease loss.


5.The new model spindle head adopts a bowl-shaped fluororubber end face water seal ring, which can bear high speed and high temperature without easy wear,

 long service life, and can also adjust the damping force of the spindle, 

so that the drive shaft will not be slow when the turret changes the tool position and cannot be set at the zero point in time. In other words, 

this power tool holder can brake in time and achieve synchronous tool change with the drive shaft more smoothly. (This sealing structure has obtained a national patent)


6.The new model tool holder is sealed with an O-ring on the outside, and the external water cannot enter the inside. 

The input shaft uses 3 DDU waterproof and waterproof bearings. 

This type of bearing can prevent external water and impurities from entering the inside of the tool holder and can rotate at high speed.


7.The new design of the tool holder can be immersed in water for a long time without getting wet.


8.The transmission shaft adopts a soft sleeve, the purpose of which is to protect the module in the turret from being damaged due to hard collision during tool changing.     


The tool holder body is upgraded from the original split structure to an integrated structure, and is formed by forged steel in one piece. The shape and position tolerances are more precise, and the bearing clearance always remains 

consistent in the cold and hot machine states, reducing the tool vibration phenomenon and ensuring the service life 

of the bearing.

 Material 

The new tool holder spindle head design adopts a bowl-shaped fluororubber end face water seal ring, and the old 

skeleton oil seal is cancelled. The bowl-shaped seal ring is sealed by the end face. This seal ring has sufficient 

pre-wear space and one-way sealing, and no impurities can enter.
